To be a good royal masseur, one must have strong fingers. In other words, the masseur has to apply consistent weight onto clients for the whole course of therapeutic experience. Instructor Narongsak Boonratanahiran trains his students of Applied Thai Traditional Medicine to sit in both simple and difficult postures. Prior to giving massage, the students need to warm up their fingers. Steps include squeezing a four-baht-weight candle until it is softened, practicing Yok-Kra-Dan by sitting with legs stretching and using hands to raise the body above the floor, and afterwards going further intoYok-Kra-Dan in a crossed-leg sitting position with feet on knees.

It seems that Sainsbury has limits on Geographical only in UK that are an obstacle of the company to win market share and profitability in global competition as the domestic market is not enough to make long-term growth and to change into a global enterprise. Moreover, most of its competitors have a present in international markets such as Tesco and Asda operates in UK and other European and Asian countries (Datamonitor, 2006).

In light of present global competition, such a circumstance constitutes difficulties for the company to win market share and generate profit. A focus on domestic market is inadequate to develop a long-term sustainable growth and to transform Sainsbury into a global enterprise. Moreover, most of its competitors, such as Tesco and Asda have already acquired a dominant presence in international markets. They are located in the UK, as well as other European and Asian countries (Datamonitor, 2006).
